Post-sync cases and solutions

Here are a list of cases of causes that can help you figure out why items aren't syncing.

Cases Solutions
Items that are at quantity zero (or less) are not behaving as expected. Check if quantity management has been turned on for the target problem items
Make sure your default “quantity zero behaviour” is set, you have three options:
  • Display item in webstore, allow item to be purchased and display a user-defined message
  • Display item in webstore, DO NOT allow item to be purchased and display a user-defined message
  • Do not display in webstore
Certain items are not syncing at all Check to see if the SKUs match in Lightspeed and MyDakis
Check to see if the item is in fact published in both Lightspeed and MyDakis
Wait for the scheduled sync
Manually initiate a sync (pull from Lightspeed)
Make sure availability is turned on in MyDakis
My products are not properly priced in MyDakis Check to see if the SKUs match in Lightspeed and MyDakis
Make sure that the proper pricing fields are populated in Lightspeed (MSRP and Default Price)
