Photo Kiosk 08) Connecting Android Phones

With the various phone models out there, sometimes you might have some trouble plugging in a specific phone.

Here are some common steps to follow to make sure you run into as little trouble as possible:

Connect the Android phone to your kiosk and let Windows install the proper drivers for that phone.

If the kiosk has trouble seeing the phone once the drivers are installed, pull down the notifications drawer on the phone and touch the Connected as a media device notification.

If Media device (MTP) isn’t working, try changing to Camera (PTP) instead.
