Post-sync cases and solutions
Here are a list of cases of causes that can help you figure out why items aren't syncing.

| Items that are at quantity zero (or less) are not behaving as expected. | Check if quantity management has been turned on for the target problem items |
Make sure your default “quantity zero behaviour” is set, you have three options:

| Certain items are not syncing at all | Check to see if the SKUs match in Lightspeed and MyDakis |
| Check to see if the item is in fact published in both Lightspeed and MyDakis | |
| Wait for the scheduled sync | |
| Manually initiate a sync (pull from Lightspeed) | |
| Make sure availability is turned on in MyDakis | |
| My products are not properly priced in MyDakis | Check to see if the SKUs match in Lightspeed and MyDakis |
| Make sure that the proper pricing fields are populated in Lightspeed (MSRP and Default Price) |
