How to set up Ìtems to sync with Lightspeed

In this article, we will show you how to edit and set up the newly added items so they properly sync with your Lightspeed accoun.

Click on the Edit button (the yellow crayon) to add the features and information specific to your Lightspeed account setup:

Activate the following options: Availability, Promotions and Pricing. The Price should not be left empty, so you can put the regular price here (or 0 if you are only using the Sale Price in your account). Put a Sale Price if applicable. The other features are optional.

Set Instant Rebates if necessary:

Activate the quantity management by ticking off the Track stock quantity box. Add the quantity you have in hand, and click on Update Quantity. Then, You will need to edit the text in all the fields corresponding to the action the system must take 'when quantity reaches zero':

Scroll down and add the item Custom SKU into the SKU field. Leave all the digits.

You can also tagg the item here. Then, hit the Save button at the bottom of the page!
