How to Export Your Orders as CSV Files

Your mydakis account allows you to export your data as CSV (Comma Separated Value) files, giving you a flexible way to build custom reports. Whether you need to review your product catalog, pull a list of recent orders, analyze payment history, or audit your customer database, the export process allows you to filter your data first and then download exactly what you need.

Exporting Orders

You can export your order (shopping cart) data to a CSV file for reporting, reconciliation, or record-keeping.

Step 1: Navigate to the Orders Page

In the left hand menu, navigate to your Orders page, by clicking on the ORDERS drop down and then click on the All Orders option. This will take you to the All Orders page. On this page, you can use the search bar and filter fields to narrow your results to find only the orders you want before exporting.

Step 2: Filter Your Orders

As with hardware products, the export will only include orders that match your current filters, so be sure to narrow down your results first using the search bar and the filter selector

Use the available filters to narrow down your results. The most important filters to set before exporting are:

Order Status: Filter by statuses such as New, Completed, etc.

Payment Status: Filter by payment states such as Captured or Refunded.

The full list of available filters is:

Available Filters
Date Range Order Type
Channel Type Order Status
Payment Methods Payment Status
Shopping Modes Stores
Social List Photo Kiosk Licenses
Printing Order Status
Tip: If you want to export all orders except incomplete ones, you will need to select each of the statuses you do want to include individually. Advanced filtering logic (such as "is not" operators) is planned for a future update.

Step 3: Start the Export

Once your orders are filtered down to the results you'd like, click the CSV EXPORT button.

Note: Unlike the Hardware Products export, the Orders export does not ask you to select specific fields. All available order fields for the exported results are included automatically.

Step 4: Download Your Export File

You will be taken to the  Task History page. Your CSV file should be getting ready in the background.

After the process is finished, a message will appear letting you know the file is ready to download. Click the  download arrow to save the CSV file to your computer.
