Customer Profiles List
Finding & Exporting Customer Profiles
You can find customer profile information and export your customer database to a CSV file for reporting, auditing, or bulk editing of customer records by using Customers menu item in the ORDERS drop down menu in your mydakis account.
Important: You must be logged in as a Buyer, Admin, or Owner to complete an export. The Task History page, where completed export files are downloaded, is only accessible to these roles. Customer Service users do not have access.
How to view & export customer information
Navigating to the Customer Profiles Page
In the left hand menu, click on ORDERS, then Customers and Groups, then select Customer Profiles.

This will bring you to the Customer Profiles Page
From here you can use the search bar to narrow your search to find the customer information you need

You can search by:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email
Note that the search supports partial and full matches. For example, you can enter just an area code and obtain results, or a domain name as part of an email address.
It's also possible to filter the client list according to pre-existing filters.
Join Date: Allows selection of accounts by the date they were created.
Payment Status: Permits selecting accounts with paid or unpaid carts
Online Account: Accounts can be offline accounts (customers that ordered and entered their emails but did not create a password and an online account) or fully registered online accounts.
Marketing Preferences

Tax Exempt: Allows you to select customers that have tax exempt status, meaning that sales tax will not apply to their orders.
Order Type: Filter users by cart contents : basic prints, printing products (Photo Factory) or hardware
Country and Region: Filters customers by their country and state / province, ie. their geographic location.
Below you can see Filter buttons applied to the results.

As we search or filter our customers, we create filter buttons as reminders or our selections. You can remove a search or filter by clicking on the X on that button. There's also a CLEAR FILTERS button that clears all searches and filters.
Using the Customers List
In the paginated customers list, you can click on the EDIT button to view an individual customer record.
Note: There are also tags for REGISTERED USERS and TAX EXEMPT STATUS.
