Photo Retention Settings

On the Storage - Retention Settings Page, you can set how long you want photos used in the different photo applications to be stored. You can set retention rules to 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months or unlimited.

PHOTOS - Default Storage Time (3 months): Applies to photos that are uploaded via the print factory (online photo ordering) and photo factory applications.
PRO EVENTS: Applies to photos uploaded via the pro event application as well as the Film Dev Module, which uses the pro event to deliver files.
DIGITAL FILES - Default Storage Time (1 month): Applies to how long ZIP FILES of digital file downloads remain available for download.

* Note that with certain dakis applications you are charged for storage, extending storage times can contribute to hosting a larger volume of files. Photos stored longer than 3 months will contribute to hosted file volume.
