Photo Kiosk 04B) Receipt Printing on Kiosk V3 Gifting

If you are having issues with the receipt printer on kiosk V3 in gifting mode, you may need to edit the settings on the receipt printer itself.

Head to the Printers and Devices menu from the Control Panel in Windows Settings.

Right click the printer and select 'set as default'.

Right click the printer and select 'printing preferences'

In the layout tab of printing preferences, find the ADVANCED button in the lower right corner and click on it.

Edit the PAPER / OUTPUT selection which may be set as LETTER or A4 as default to 72mm x 200mm or 72mm x receipt. (Actual setting may vary with your printer, screen shot is for a STAR TSP100 printer)
